Nicko’s Guangzhou’s electric deck oven

The Nicko deck oven has a large baking capacity and can bake 64, 32, 16, or 12 trays at a time, resulting in high baking efficiency. The electric deck oven is made of full stainless steel, and the air outlet is made of 2-millimeter stainless steel, ensuring the outlet’s hardness, not easily deformed, and providing more uniform baking. The electric motor adopts a 30-year branded motor, which is reliable and can be used for a long time. Additionally, our rotating oven has three options for customers, fuel oil, gas, and electricity, to meet different demands. Fuel oil and gas adopt Japanese electronic combustion machines or Italian combustion machines, which have more complete combustion and lower fuel consumption. The electric rotating oven uses stainless steel heating tubes or far-infrared heating tubes, suitable for baking cakes and traditional products, comparable to traditional techniques.

The Nicko deck oven uses three 7-stage adjustable air outlets, making it easier to adjust the baking effect compared to other rotating ovens. Also, our rotating oven is the first in China to adopt a humanized design, with a large alarm lamp, which is especially useful when multiple ovens are baking together, allowing users to easily see which oven has completed the baking, thus improving work efficiency.

The Nicko deck oven has a broad baking range, suitable for mooncakes, bread, pastries, biscuits, egg tarts, hamburgers, toast, and meats, such as roast chicken, duck, goose, dried pork, beef, and shrimp. It is suitable for both home and commercial use, with excellent applicability.
